Please note, submissions will only be accepted in the abstract format set out below. 

Maximum of three (3) authors (invididual author names and hospital names address to be provided)

Permanent correspondence details of first author to include contact number, email address and address. 

First author must be avialable to present on the day, if the abstract is accepted. 

The abstract should not exceed 250 words excluding authors, title or references.

Provide the following details title (give presenting symptoms, rather than the diagnosis), introduction, case report, radiological findings (f relevant), histological findings (if relevant) and management.
